You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. No returns on sale / discounted items. There is a restocking fee of 20% on all art print returns, unless the print is defected.

If your return is accepted, you can send back the item. You will receive instructions on where to send the packaging back. It should be in its original packaging. Make sure it is properly packed as you received it. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The buyer pays the return cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Custom products such as commissions and drawings. Commissions because they have been ordered and sketches and originals, agreed with the buyer. Drawings because the shipping and possible return may damage the artwork.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This only applies to paintings. Regarding drawings, a 50% discount applies in case you want to exchange the item because they cannot be returned.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
